Terms and conditions of membership of the Guild of British Molecatchers
Members should revisit this page and the Guild's Code of Practice page on a regular basis as the Guild reserves the right to update or change both on an ongoing basis.
Membership is granted at the sole behest of the Guild and its officers.
The qualifying criteria for membership and the advantages of membership may be changed by the Guild without notice

 The Guild's logo may be displayed on a full member's website and must have a working link to the Guilds home page
Members will comply with the Guild's code of practice in all instances of mole control.

Membership may be withdrawn from any member (individual or entity) without notice

Membership will be withdrawn from any member (individual or entity) who brings the Guild into disrepute.
Membership will be withdrawn from any member (individual or entity) who is in breach of the Guild's code of practice.
The Guild strives for the correct working practice and welfare for moles whilst under the direct control from man and members that openly breach conditions will be removed
The Guild reserves the right to add to change remove or otherwise alter the Guild's code of practice and these terms and conditions without notice.
On cessation of membership for whatever reason an individual or entity will not continue to represent themselves as a member of the Guild in reference to word or image.

The Guild reserves the right to pursue those who fraudulently make such claims by all legal means.


Members will inform and keep the Guild informed of any material and relevant changes in their circumstances that might affect their membership of the Guild.
Members will indemnify and keep the Guild indemnified against any claim made on the Guild as a result of the member's actions or deeds.
The Terms and Conditions of Use of this website are an integral part of the terms and conditions of membership of the Guild of British Molecatchers.
These terms and conditions dated 20/09/2021 supersede all previous versions.
